By downloading, accessing, or using Acorn TCG ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

The Acorn app logo shown here is a registered trademark owned by us and may not be copied or used without our prior written permission.

• "App" refers to the Acorn TCG mobile application
• "User," "you," and "your" refers to the person accessing the App
• "We," "us," and "our" refers to Acorn TCG and its operators
• "Content" refers to all materials, features, and functionality within the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App to transmit malware or viruses
• Transfer your account or App access rights to another person
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

If the App provides account functionality, you:

• Are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Must provide accurate and complete information
• Must promptly update any changes to your information
• Are solely responsible for all activities under your account

• All purchases through the App are final and non-refundable unless required by law and App Store rules.
• Prices for products or services may change without notice.
• You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurring the charges.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acorn TCG and its owner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any part of the App without notice.
• Update these Terms at any time.
• Change App functionality or features.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct we believe violates applicable laws
• Any other reason we deem necessary

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Acorn TCG operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary while preserving the remaining provisions.
