Welcome to Acorn TCG ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of any information collected through our mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information.

If you join our Android waitlist, Acorn TCG stores your email address, selected language, signup date, and the version of the consent you gave. We use these details only to notify you when Acorn TCG launches on Android, based on your consent. Signing up does not verify ownership of the address and does not trigger a confirmation email.

The list is stored privately on our server. We use request limits and an invisible spam-trap field to reduce automated abuse. Short-lived, pseudonymous IP counters help us enforce those limits. We do not include your email in our analytics events.

For internal signup notifications, we also send your email address and selected language to a private administrative chat through Telegram. These copies are covered by the retention period and deletion requests described below. See Telegram’s privacy policy for its processing practices.

We keep waitlist entries for up to 12 months, or remove them earlier if you withdraw consent. To leave the list or request access, correction, or deletion, contact hi@acorntcg.com. Future launch emails will include a way to unsubscribe. We will not add you to a general newsletter or advertising audience using this consent.

We collect this information to:

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymous, aggregated data with:

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

By using Acorn and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is done in compliance with Apple's policies and only as necessary to process your requests.

Our App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hi@acorntcg.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.

You have the right to:
